Blooms for Bothwell
Because everyone deserves a little more kindness,
and a lot more flowers.
Together, we have grown more than flowers.
Thanks to your kindness,
$275.00
has been raised so far to help sow seeds of care for our community.
“Wait… if you grow all these flowers, why are you just giving them away?”
Most of the dahlias here are grown for their tubers, not just the flowers. The goal is to grow strong plants that can be divided and replanted each season. But to keep those plants healthy and producing good tubers, the blooms need to be cut regularly.
The side effect of that is… a lot of flowers.
More than our kitchen table, porch, and every spare mason jar in the house can reasonably handle. So instead of letting them fade away in the garden, many of those blooms make their way to the Community Stand for others to enjoy.
Where Your Kindness Goes
Each bouquet, each dollar, and each kind gesture adds up to something much bigger. With your support, we’re able to give back in meaningful ways, bringing joy, relief, and connection to those who need it most. Below are just a few of the ways your generosity is helping us nurture not just flowers, but the heart of our community.
Ways to Support What We’re Growing
This little homestead is built on community. Every bit of support, whether it’s participating, encouraging, or simply sharing what we’re doing with others, helps us keep growing and finding new ways to give back.

If you’d like to support what we’re growing but don’t need anything from the stand or shop today, you can donate directly here.
Please Note: All community support initiatives are funded through the generosity of our donors and customers. While we aim to help wherever we can, the availability of assistance depends on current funds available and may be limited at times. Each request is thoughtfully reviewed, and while we wish we could say yes to everyone, not all applications can be approved. Our goal is to offer meaningful support where it’s most needed, with fairness, compassion, and care.
