These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our Website herhomestead.ca and the purchase of our products and services, including fresh flowers, plant cuttings, dahlia tubers, and party equipment rentals. By accessing our Website, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • To make a purchase or rent equipment, you must be at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our Website or by direct communication.
  • We accept payments via [list accepted payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.]. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
  • Prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • All sales of live plants and cut flowers are final. If there is an issue, you must report it within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Party rental cancellations: Full refunds are available if canceled 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 7 days may receive partial credit.
  • Rental Equipment: Customers are responsible for proper use. Damage deposits are non-refundable if the equipment is returned damaged, lost, or stolen.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship live plants and tubers within Canada. Shipping costs and timelines are displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors.
  • Party rental pickup and return must be arranged as per agreed terms. Late returns may incur additional fees.

6. Use of Rental Equipment

  • Equipment must be used only as intended and returned in the same condition.
  • Customers assume all risks and liabilities related to equipment use. HER Homestead is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses caused by rental equipment misuse.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by HER Homestead and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HER Homestead is not responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, rental equipment, or Website access.
  • Losses due to errors, omissions, or interruptions in service.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of Ontario.
